Manoj Kumar Jakhar sincere writer and academic of repute,is a hardened scholar,with a rich experience of 13 years an alumnus of M.D.S.University,Ajmer.He has done B.com,L.L.B as well as L.L.M from M.D.S.Universiy,Ajmer. He qualified P.G.D.L.L.from V.M.O.U.Kota.He obtained his Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan,Jaipur.After his usual professional responsibilities,he spends all his spared hours in his research,working on different projects.He has conducted classes as a lecturer for more than 13 years in various colleges like M.D.Law P.G.College,Sri Ganganagar,S.B.S.Vidhi Mahavidhalya Jhotwara,Jaipur,Seth G.L.Bihani S.D.Law P.G.College,Sri Ganganagar.He has good knowledge of Major Substantive and procedural laws.This research-based lengthy work is the outcome of his academic and skilled labour,spanning over several years.His four articles has been published in various journals of repute.He has presented his research papers in various Souvenir and Seminars.He also has attended more than 16 conferences in India and abroad.At present he is working as the Principal of Shri Krishan Law College,Kotputli (Jaipur).
